this last saturday i was in the backyard from about 10:30 am to about 5:00 pm doing yard work and putting in new borders. i transplanted our rose bushes to a new location. the area under my bonsai table was made into another display area for bigger bonsai and trees that are being shaped into bonsai. it makes it look cleaner and nicer (i think).

anyway, my back is completely sunburned. rin said to me later on in the evening, "i told you so" but that's ok. at least it means the sun is out and warm weather is (was) here. i'm still a little sore, but i'm normally in for a sunburn at the beginning of the year and the rest of the season, i'm tan.
