Was the weather nice in Grand Coulee? There's a very beautiful dogwood tree in Grand Coulee at the Grand Coulee Credit Union; it's almost worth a trip there just to see the beautiful grounds at the Credit Union and the trees on it's property.

That was my first thought - that it was an old photo.
I love the Grand Coulee Damn area - pretty spectacular.
