rin and i are going to be going to oregon with my mom and dad for a little getaway, you might say. well, today has been a fun time of calling vets to find out how much things cost. you know those little things like:

vet checks
vaccines
boarding dues

i called one place and it was $49 for the vet check and vaccines. so i called another place and found out that it was the same price, but in the long run, the checks are cheaper. so i called back a little later to make an appointment and find out that it is going to be $70 total. they forgot to tell me about a vaccine that was needed for boarding.

this is the first time having to board our dog, but hopefully everything will turn out ok...

(on another note: i almost had a disaster with my pudding cup. a whole bunch a cd cases slid off one another and hit the pudding cup which it turn fell off the desk onto my lap and onto my flip flop. thankfully, nothing spilled out.)
