"deck of what?!" (house rules)
♠ = pull ups
♣ = push ups
♦ = ghd sit ups
♥ = burpees
jokers = 100 double unders
aces = 10 muscle ups
face cards = 10 reps
numbered cards = number of reps
(ex: queen of hearts = 10 burpees)
flip cards one-at-a-time; then do the required reps before moving on to the next card. exhaust the deck for time...
