i've been into photography for a while now. yesh, that sounds cliché. i'm self taught...i don't have the true "expertise" and my shots may not be "professional" enough for some, but i do enjoi the process from shooting to editing to final image. my skills are improving, i believe. i now look at things with a different perspective: a camera angle...

Just wanted to let you know, I was the one who pestered DFO mercilessly in order to get him to start featuring your photography on HBO. (Or maybe I'm overrating my importance and he ignored my raving about your mad skills, only to make the decision when he was darn good and ready). Hard to tell with Dave.
Regardless, the exposure (haha) has been gaining in momentum; as of late I'm noticing your art at the top of every Local Blogs feature, more often than not. Yay!
I've also taken the liberty (being the avid fan that I am) to leaving a comment exhorting the loyal HBO viewers of your work to follow the link I provided- to here- then instructing them to scroll down to the Jones submissions and vote. Not knowing much about the process in which one gets a photo approved for use on their bottles, I figured at the simplest level, the more votes the better... right?
Please tell me I wasn't stepping out of bounds in doing so! I just love your work- especially the black and white! a fave of mine from waaaay back, and would adore to see you go far with your talent.
I would also like to feature some of your art in my sidebar of my blog Soul Doubt, if that would be okay. Possibly the Jones voting deal, but I have no idea of how to get it over there, even if you would agree. Please advise.
Anyway, nuff rambling, gotta get back to work while corralling an extremely energetic toddler.

i didn't realize that there were people out there that liked my photography. thanks...that means a lot.
i've been thinking about taking down the jones labels, but i'll keep them up a bit longer i suppose.
