crossfit was awesome tonight. we did cindy.

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
20 minutes
as many sets as possible

as you can see from the above picture, i ripped my hands in four places. that happened when i began my fifth set. i was able to do another 8 for a total of 13 sets in 20 minutes.

afterwards, i wound up doing the wod for today:

box jumps
jumping pull ups
slosh pipe
hug a twinkie
calorie row

a score of 257...nice.

yeah, but if i ate a twinkie, i'd have to hug more twinkies to werk off that said twinkie...
